This is an excellent product! So nice to have the ginger infused, tastes like fresh ginger was just added to it. The soy sauce is a nice complex flavour, much nicer than the cheaper soy sauces where it seems like you’re just adding salt and colour to your food. You can taste the quality in this.

Thank you for the review! We use fresh pressed ginger juice for our ginger soy sauce. This gives it a great fresh ginger aroma and taste. The fermentation process we use for the soy sauce gives it a really nice umami flavour profile. No salty flavour.

I bought the ginger soy and love it! Great with my sushi and also mixed in with fried chicken wings! Can’t wait to try the siracha soy! This soy sauce is so much better than any other I have tried.
