Poke Bowl made with Infusion Soy Sauce and Meme Urban Farm Microgreens

Ingredients

  • Warm sushi rice – 200g
  • Ahi Tuna (1cm cubes) – 100g
  • Infusion Ginger Soy Sauce – 15g
  • Cucumber cubes – 30g
  • Mango cubes – 30g
  • Pickled Sushi Ginger – 10g
  • Meme Urban Farm Daikon Microgreens – 15g

Instructions

1. Mix Ahi Tuna and Infusion Soy Sauce in a small bowl and set aside to allow to marinade for 15 minutes.
2. Add Warm sushi rice to serving bowl.
3. Add Ahi Tuna to sushi rice and arrange remaining ingredients.
4. (optional) garnish with sesame seeds or chopped nori
